Registration

This event is open to all members of the ALICE collaboration. Since places are limited, you are kindly requested to register as soon as possible.

Fees

150 EUR or 2500 MXN

The registration fee is inclusive of refreshments and lunch throughout the APW, as well as a tour to Puebla City and all event material.

The social dinner and a drinks reception will be offered by the Autonomous University of Puebla.

Accommodation is not included within the registration fee and must be booked separately. For further information, see 'Accommodation'.

Limited funding is available to support the participation of PhD students and young post-docs at the APW-Puebla, see 'Fellowships'.

Payment of fees

Fees should be paid at the registration desk in Puebla. Only payments made in cash, either in euros or Mexican pesos, can be accepted.
